The two orange squares means one whole. Two orange squares means two.
The empty one means it 0
and the last one is divided by 10 lines. Since it's a square, it means it would be 10 down and 10 across.
Since two of the lines are orange it means 2/10.
And since we know that the square it 10x10. One square would be 1/100 because 10x10 = 100
Im not sure about the black squares, but I bet it's either decimal or not a full square.
If not a full square then that means that the box has 7 and .4 lines. Because on the last bit, there are 4 squares left.

If a decimal, then,
it would be 26 of black squares, which would lead you to: 202.1. I think :3
