This really depends on context XD 
ALWAYS check your backseat, especially if it is night and/or you are in a shady part of town. Under your car....probably not the best idea, you could be vulnerable while bending down, and someone under your car is more likely to get run over by you than try anything...lol....
But in general car safety they always tell you to check your tires, because a flat can make you spin or flip depending on your speed.....
I'd just go with the context of the lesson/test on this one, between those two answers :)
