The Greek and the Roman Catholic Church disagree over a number of issues including:

A) Papal Supremcy

B) Interpreation of Gospels

C) Calender

For example, the Roman Catholic Church belies the power lies in the Vatican city with the pope, while Greek Orthodox Church does not believe in the supermacy of the papal.

There are also several differences in the interperation of the Gospels and the teaching of Christ. For example, the Roman Catholic Church does not believe in a divorce, while the Greek Church, believes that divorce and re-marriage is possible.

The Greek Orthodox Church also does not believe in the 'Catholic' concepts of original sin and immaculate conception.

We should also not forget, how the calender is different as well. Both belief systems have a different date for the birth of Christ, easter etc.
