Is this your problem: [tex] \frac{7/9}{-7/10} = \frac{x}{3/14} [/tex]
If so then the answer is [tex]x=- \frac{1}{3} [/tex]
cross multiply [tex] \frac{7}{9} [/tex] × [tex] \frac{3}{14} [/tex] = [tex]- \frac{1}{2} x[/tex]
Simply the left side to [tex] \frac{1}{6} [/tex] then multiply both sides by -2
