What does john locke mean when he says that all men are naturally in "a state of perfect freedom...within the bounds of the law of nature?

Respuesta :

He felt that, as long as a person operated within the laws of nature, that everyone was born with total freedom to be and live how they saw fit. The laws that were already set by natural processes were the only bounds that constrained how a person acted; anything outside of that would begin to tighten the controls on a person's state of being.
