to graph a line, you need to use the equation y=mx+b
y=x+2
go to the positive number 2 on the y-axis and plot a point
now, since its postive, your line is gonna go like this:

so go up one, and to the right one from the 2 on the y-axis
and then go down one, to the left one from the 2 on the y-axis
connect the dots and this is your first line
now for the second line, go to the -3 on the x-axis and draw a vertical line up and down
this is your second line
now find where the two lines interesect and that is your answer
it'll be a point and look something like this if you write it out (x,y)
take the two points out nd write your answer in this form: x=a, y=b
