I am mostly against the current gun control laws. To me, the "oh its the 2nd amendment" argument is absurd. We cannot compare the current guns we have today to the ones that were used when our founding fathers wrote the constitution. The war weapons from the 1780's were not nearly close to the capacity of the ones we ave today that can shoot hundreds of bullets in mere seconds. I do not have a proposition on how to fix the problem, and am not proposing to ban all guns EVER, but more extensive background checks and such must be taken into consideration.
