In a high school, 7% of the students play the piano. This is 21 students. Choose the expressions that complete each step involved in setting up and solving the proportion that represents the situation. Can someone please answer this? I'm pretty confused...

If 7% = 21 students
Then a 100% = 300 students

First method:
To go from 7 to 21 we multiplied 7 by 3
So we have to multiply 100 by 3 also
Wich gives us the final 300 students!

Second method:
7% = 21 students
100% = x students

You can do a cross product
(100 x 21) / 7 = 300
