An input-output table consists of a list of values for x, and the respective values for y. In case you don't know, the x is the value you plug into the function, and the y is the result of that expression with all its terms combined. When writing a table, you always start with x = 0 and work your way up. Here's an example:
f(0) = 0 + 4 in this example, x = 0, y = 4
