Unfortunately, without money to keep the hospital running the training of the doctors and nurses and the study of rare diseases are always the ones that get sacked. Numerous institutions that study rare diseases have closed down because of this and a high amount of doctors and nurses with great training does not mean that a hospital will keep existing.
